6’4 Freshman Amy Nduka Ready To Take the Country By Storm
Amy Nduka, a 6’4 wing, is one of the most exciting prospects in the 2028 class. Known for her incredible size, versatility, and skill set, she’s turning heads both on the high school and club basketball scenes. Nduka plays for FBC United West Coast on the prestigious Girls Under Armour Association (GUAA), showcasing her all-around game and elite athleticism on a national stage.
Currently attending Eastside Catholic High School, Nduka’s game is impressive with her height and length, allowing her to defend multiple positions, block shots, and clean up the boards. On offense, she has a smooth shooting stroke that extends to the three point line. Inside the paint, Amy has outstanding strength to draw fouls and finish through contact with either hand.
FBC United West Coast Co-Director, Nars Martinez, has high praise for Nduka, stating, “Amy is a special talent coming up out of Washington and she is high academic with a 4.0 GPA. At 6’6, freshman Sydney Douglas is already making waves in the basketball world as one of the top prospects in the country, regardless of class. Douglas has quickly become a force to be reckoned with. Her combination of size, skill, and agility makes her a difficult matchup for opponents.
Currently attending the #1 nationally ranked Ontario Christian High School in Southern California, Douglas has proven to be a steady dominant force for her team with the ability to make plays inside and out, on both sides of the ball.
As she continues to grow both as an athlete and a player, all eyes are on Sydney Douglas as she looks to take her game to new heights. Sydney will make her highly anticipated debut in the Girls Under Armour Association with a loaded FBC United West Coast squad. The program’s Co-Director, Larry Gholar, says “Sydney will be an integral part to us contending for a national championship and showing everyone that the West Coast is the Best.”
